A 17-year-old Bel Air girl has returned after running away from her home on Dec. 9.
Krisdina Meredith was reported missing by her mother as a runaway after they had a fight, according to Harford County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Monica Worrell.
Worrell confirmed Tuesday that Krisdina returned home Monday around 9 p.m.
"She came home," Worrell said.
Her mother told police Krisdina had friends over when she was not supposed to and she grounded her daughter, Worrell said earlier. Krisdina left by the front door on Dec. 9 and did not return, her mother said.
The Center for Missing Children had called Krisdina an "endangered runaway," but Worrell said Monday evening her case did not yet have any of the critical factors outlined in the sheriff's office's policy dealing with missing persons. Worrell also said deputies did not believe the girl had met with foul play.
