Holders of a Class D license in Harford County will now be required to offer food until 11 p.m.
Members of the Harford County Liquor Control Board voted during their meeting Wednesday afternoon to approve the change to the Class D Tavern license after a scheduled public hearing. No one spoke at the public hearing.
The license change will also extend the curfew for people under the age of 21 to be in a Class D Tavern from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Administrative Assistant Judith Powell also announced that five businesses paid their fines including $500 from Joseph L. Davis American Legion Post 47 in Havre de Grace; $1,000 from Hilton Garden Inn; $3,000 from KG Abingdon Liquors; $1,000 from Wetlands Golf Course; and $2,000 from Half Pints Sports Pub and Grill.
Members also approved a one day beer, wine and liquor license for the Harford Community College Foundation holiday party on Dec. 20.
