The Harford County Liquor Control Broad approved several change of officers applications and a tentative liquor license during Wednesday afternoon's meeting.
Board members approved a tentative license for Joe's Crab Shack, which is expected to open at the Boulevard at Box Hill mid-December. The license is contingent on final approval, permitting and inspections.
Members also approved officer changes at three other businesses, including Courtyard by Marriott in Aberdeen, which added Nell Irwin to the license as a treasurer, and the Bel Air Red Lobster, which added Virginia Harris and Robert Lopes to the license as assistant secretaries.
The board also approved the addition of Commander Richard Ferguson to the American Legion Post 47 license, contingent on getting the minutes that show Ferguson was elected to his position.
Three one-day beer and wine licenses were also approved for a happy hour fundraiser at Rockfield Manor, a roast event at the Harford Jewish Center and a dinner and dance at St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
Board members also approved a one-day beer, wine and liquor license for a gala at the Abingdon branch for the Harford County Public Library.
