An 18-year-old Joppatowne man was charged in late November with sexually abusing a child he knew in August and September of this year.
Tyler Allen Kinnison, of the 1000 block of Plaza Circle, was charged Nov. 29 with second-degree child abuse, second-degree assault, sexual abuse of a minor, third-degree sexual offense and fourth-degree sexual offense.
Deputies interviewed Kinnison in October, according to charging documents, at which point he said he wanted to come clean. Kinnison also wrote an apology to the victim, according to charging documents.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Kinnison was being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $250,000 bail.
