A 19-year-old Forest Hill resident was released on $50,000 bail on one theft and two burglary charges.
Andrew John Hullihen, of the 2000 block of Mardic Drive, was charged June 22 with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
Public Defender Marcus Jenkins said during a bail review hearing Friday that Hullihen has two children, lives with his parents and is employed at Red Pump Café in Bel Air. Jenkins also said Hullihen is working on his GED.
Assistant State's Attorney Diane Adkins-Tobin said Hullihen is being indicted on three charges stemming from a September incident: first degree burglary, theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and theft scheme between $10,000 and $100,000. A hearing noticed was issued Friday for Nov. 7.
District Court Judge Mimi Cooper pointed out that Hullihen also has several prior charges from late 2010, including driving, taking and damaging a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, negligent driving, reckless driving, and unauthorized removal of property.
