Shots heard in Edgewood

Two people told police they were shot at Monday evening in Edgewood.

A deputy responded to a call in the area of Ermine Court and Harbinger Trail Monday around 7 p.m., where two people said that six men fired a gun at them. They did not have any other description, other than that it was a group of black men.

The two people, according to the report, said they were walking back to their houses when they heard gunshots in the 1800 block of Edgewater Drive. One of the victims said he saw a muzzle flash coming from the direction before they ran to Ermine Court.

Deputies searched the area and were unable to find anything.
