The Harford Tech squad earned a road win on Wednesday night in girls soccer action, coming away from their matchup at Edgewood with a 3-2 victory.
The two teams were locked at 1-1 through one half of play.
The Cobras were led by Kersten O'Brien, who scored once and dished out one assist in the victory. Jamie Hoban and Dana Waskiewicz each scored once for Harford Tech, while Katie Doleschal notched one assist.
The Rams, whose final score came with under a minute left on a corner kick, saw goals from La'Dae Boykin and Natalee Olah. Morgan Kaseman had Edgewood's lone assist.
In goal for the winning side, Julie Ransone had nine saves.
Mariners win shutout over Elkton
Playing on their home field Wednesday, the Joppatowne Mariners knocked off the visiting Elkton Golden Elks 2-0.
Heading into the halftime break, the two teams were stuck in a scoreless tie.
The Mariners' second-half tallies came from Sami Soul and Jessie Marx.
"There were two phenomenal saves by keeper Lakia Huff," Mariner head coach Megan Bongiovanni said. "We also had solid play by defender Ang Richardson, and midfielder Bri Cook."
