Deputies initially responded to the 1300 block of Cedar Crest South Court for a report of domestic assault and while there, according to the charging documents, Oneill's girlfriend gave them consent to search the residences.

While they were searching, deputies found two revolvers with a black ski mask in a backpack in the bedroom closet, according to charging documents. One of the revolvers was loaded with six rounds stolen through Georgia, according to charging documents, and deputies also found banana ammunition clips in another bag in the closet.

Oneill was convicted in 2006 of the felony charge of drug possession with the intent to distribute, according to charging documents.

In a bail review hearing Dec. 6, District Court Judge John Dunnigan left the bail as set, which was for Oneill to be held without bond.
