In a statement, according to the report, Dickens said he was asked by the man and woman to purchase $50 of drugs for them and when they gave him the money, he considered it as satisfying a past debt.

As of Thursday afternoon, Dickens was still being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $30,000 bail.
