Havre de Grace police report:
Tyrone M. Brinkley, 32, of the 1200 block of North Woodyear Street in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with second-degree escape, resisting arrest and making a false statement to an officer.
A burglary was reported last Friday in the 100 block of Wilson Street. Money, jewelry, a laptop computer, a PlayStation game system, shoes and hats were missing.
A victim reported Monday being assaulted and possibly TASERed by four people in a robbery June 5 in the 600 block of Fountain Street. The four, two men and two women, came up to the victim on the porch of the victim's friend's home, demanded all personal items, then began punching and kicking the victim. At one point, one suspect displayed an electronic advice similar to a TASER and shocked the victim. The suspects took money and the victim's wallet before fleeing down the street.
A theft was reported from a home in the 600 block of North Stokes Street on June 6.
