The Izaak Walton Sportsman Chapter awarded the second annual James A. Thomas Conservation Scholarship to Kourtney Rutkowski, a graduate of C. Milton Wright High School, at its June membership meeting. Rutkowski will be attending University of Maryland, Baltimore County and plans to study environmental science.
