Each year the Harford County Department of Community Services, Volunteer Harford, conducts a search for people who assist those around them. These "Beautiful People" volunteer at an extraordinary level, donating their time and talent to make a difference in Harford County.
Harford's Most Beautiful People are honored at a program each year in October, hosted by County Executive David R. Craig. The program is aired on Harford Cable Network in the months following the event.
Nominations are being accepted through Aug. 30, for the 27th annual Harford's Most Beautiful People awards. Anyone who knows someone who continuously contributes time and talent to enhance the quality of life and community spirit in Harford County, is encouraged to submit a nomination so those distinguished people can be honored at the annual Harford's Most Beautiful People awards ceremony. The event will be held Oct. 3, from 6-9 p.m. at the Bel Air Church of the Nazarene, 2430 Conowingo Road.
