Rush hour traffic was slow-moving along the Bel Air Bypass at Route 1 Tuesday evening, when at least one person was flown by Medevac helicopter to Baltimore for treatment following a serious accident.
Shortly before 5 p.m. a single vehicle was involved in an accident at Route 1 and the Bel Air Bypass near Harford Mall, according to Maryland State Police.
A Medevac helicopter responded to the scene.
No further information was available as of press time Tuesday.
