Nominated to attend from the local Harford/Cecil Association was Rick Carroll, CFBS of Cecil County and Lisa Fulco, LUTCF of Harford County. In return for attending the LILI program, graduates commit to giving back to the leadership and furtherance of their local association. Carroll was inducted in June as the Harford/Cecil Association's 2013-14 president while Fulco is president elect for the following fiscal year.

"This experience has really opened my eyes to how people interact and what qualities successful leaders possess. They are learned and practiced traits which I will be using throughout my life now," Fulco said.
