Wayne and Ann Borchers of Fallston along with Jeffrey and Lisa Rierson of Abingdon as well as Timothy Scott Halligan of Bel Air announce the engagement of Allison Borchers to Timothy Shawn Halligan.

Borchers is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science in health behavior science and works at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

Halligan, a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor of arts in psychology, is employed at Jacobs Technology at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

A May wedding is being planned.
