Mike and Abby Varga, of Bel Air, announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Jillian Kate Varga. Born Aug. 23 at 4:41 a.m., she weighed 10 pounds and measured 22.5 inches. Grandparents are Mike and Sonya Varga, of Bel Air, and Jim and Kathy Bageant, of Forest Hill, and great-grandmother is Betty Bageant, of Bel Air. Aunt and uncle are Heather and Dale Thornton, of Bel Air and uncle Greg Bageant, of Forest Hill.
