The Alpert Family Aleph Bet Jewish Day School students invited their parents to celebrate with them during their annual Family Model Passover Seder on April 19. This year each class also assisted in the preparation for the Seder by preparing the traditional holiday foods, making and decorating the Seder plates, and all of the classes contributed to the mural that served as the backdrop for the event. Teacher taught the students the prayers and songs from the haggadah, which is the collection of blessings, songs, and narrative of the Exodus that is recited on the first two nights of the Jewish Passover.
