Where's the outrage for all those killed since Trayvon Martin's death?

I'm not surprised at all by the demonstrations following the not guilty verdict in the Zimmerman trial (""Martin verdict protests continue," July 16). The media and U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric Holder's Department of Justice saw to that.

What I don't understand is where were all these people while the African-American community is being decimated every day. Just since the Zimmerman trial started, how many African-American men, women and children have been murdered? Where was the outrage then?

They weren't murdered by George Zimmerman nor anyone that resembles him.
