Let's see, the city and state election boards conduct a precinct level review of last month's Baltimore election results and the public is excluded from observing ("Vote review is behind closed doors,"Baltimore school board head says using lawyer allowed it to keep CEO hunt secret,".
What gives? I know we may be in the midst of a wealth and power grab, but isn't this all just a little awkward? We, the people, are getting the shaft.
