At this point whether you voted for Donald Trump or not is irrelevant, what is relevant is this country. Pay very close attention to Mr. Trump's nominees. Don't look at red herrings. Terrorism will come from within from some of his appointees ("Trump's choice for secretary of state has close ties to Russia, raising concerns," Dec. 13).
It encompasses all levels — air, water, health care, etc. The most recent is Rex Tillerson of ExxonMobil. All of Congress should be outraged or are they subsidized in some way by Mr. Trump or afraid of his Twitter rants?
Is this America's time for payback? You know like invading other countries on false pretense or not living up to Native American treaties. Someone once said something about "chickens coming home to roost," and it didn't go over very well. The oligarchic Mr. Trump is rooster leading the hen house and appointing other oligarchic fowl with him.
