After watching the presidential debates, I have come to the conclusion that if Donald Trump were asked by the moderator, "Mr. Trump, what is your plan for keeping Social Security solvent? And before you answer, Mr. Trump, you are not allowed to mention Hillary Clinton in your answer," I'd have to wonder if he could speak.
At least we would have a moment of silence from him.
