As the state of Maryland makes improvements to Interstate 95 from Caton Avenue to the Fort McHenry Tunnel, drivers will experience traffic delays and lane shifts ("Drivers warned of I-95 delays March 20). To compensate for these delays for the next year, can the state reduce the Fort McHenry Tunnel tolls by half?
