If anyone doubts that those who can are not leaving this tax-burdened state, just pick up a copy of the Easton Waterfowl Festival program and you will see hundreds of million-dollar-plus properties for sale in just the Talbot and Kent county areas alone.
There must be for a reason for that, but do you think the Dumbos in Annapolis will notice? Don't bet on it.
