Sun coverage of election reveals bias

Letter writer J. Michael Collins recently chastised the Sun for showing favoritism in the election coverage ("Don't congratulate Rawlings-Blake yet," Sept. 19). He is not far from the truth. For years, The Sun has given preferential treatment to countless politicians, always giving its designated picks great attention and discouraging voters from going out and voting for the competition.

It's always a big write-up about a particular preferred candidate and a very small write-up about the challenger. The Sun has proven its bias as far as politics is concerned.
