Ravens parade killer gets off lightly

Three stabbed. One murdered. One hung jury. One jury sitting. One plea bargain. One year, seven months and eighteen days served behind bars. And Baltimore wonders why it is crime ridden and entrenched in multiple senseless killings day after day ("Teen pleads guilty, avoids jails in Ravens Super Bowl parade killing," April 7).

Where is the justice? Where are the consequences for the heinous crime of ending another's life? Could it perhaps be only one year, seven months, and eighteen days behind bars?
