Again, when given the choice, The Sun takes the low road when covering the government shutdown ("Fund government, then negotiate," Oct. 7).
Of course many folks are impacted by the government shutdown. That's obvious. What you fail to highlight or understand is that the U.S. is on the edge of financial disaster. The spending madness has to stop today!
Everyone has to take responsibility for causing the problem — and more importantly, fixing the problem.
Stop being a shill for Gov. Martin O'Malley and President Barack Obama and do the responsible thing.
