While I generally agreed with your editorial regarding Maryland's health exchange settlement ("Health exchange debacle: Settled but not over," July 22), one parenthetical sentence did disturb me referring to Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown: "(He is running for Congress, but his management ability is less a concern in that context.)"
Wouldn't it be great if members of Congress did have some real management experience? Maybe then they would realize not only social but fiscal impacts of the many redundant laws they pass.
