Sebelius is in over her head

Here is another case of someone in government being appointed to a job that they have no experience in ("Sebelius apologizes for online debacle," Oct. 30). Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has been a government employee for the past 35 years. Taxpayers have paid for her health care. She has not had to shop or pay for her health care. So what makes her a expert on health care for the rest of Americans?
