For anyone who understands that Washington is broken, there is one clear choice in the race for U.S. Senator from Maryland: Kathy Szeliga.
As someone with real-world business experience and a clear understanding of the challenges families and businesses face in Maryland, Kathy will go to Washington and fight for every citizen of our state. Moreover, Kathy understands the enormity of the national security threats that we face as a nation and understands that we must take the fight to the terrorists.
Having worked with her in the General Assembly, I know that Kathy is committed to growing and expanding the middle class through the same kinds of commonsense, conservative fiscal policies that Gov. Larry Hogan is implementing at the state level.
We face a critical choice in this election: Do we send another career politician to Washington — someone who has never had a real job — or do we send someone who understands the problems everyday, working Marylanders face?
When I go to the voting booth on Tuesday, I will be pulling the lever for Kathy Szeliga, and I encourage every citizen of Anne Arundel County to do the same.
