I salute Gov. Larry Hogan for his decision not to throw more money away into the Baltimore City Public School System ("Hogan's choice," May 15). I guess Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake has forgotten about the $68 million that seems to have disappeared. Even The Sun has been investigating some of the school system's spending.
Who in their right mind would give $11 million more to an organization that clearly has proven they don't know what they've done with the last $68 million in just one school year? When is enough enough? Why isn't there a daily headline asking where's the money?
