Instead of a wall, U.S. could build economies

Instead of building a wall to keep the folks out from Central America, send the $5 billion-plus to those countries through organizations like Lutheran World Relief to create jobs that will cause folks to want to stay in their countries (which is what they are already doing in El Salvador) .
