Has anyone else noticed that President Donald Trump reacted to the killing of eight people by a Muslim terrorist in New York with a flurry of demands for legislation banning immigrants, but after the killing of a total of 84 people by non-Muslim terrorists in Las Vegas and Texas he had no proposals for protecting people (“Texas church shooter checked each aisle, shot babies at point-blank range,” Nov. 7)?
I guess people killed by Muslims are more valuable than those killed by non-Muslims. Or maybe the NRA donates more money to Republicans than do Muslim organizations. What do you think?
