In regards to the article “Anne Arundel County announces new restrictions to mitigate coronavirus spread; Annapolis will adopt same measures” (July 24): If it is OK for restaurants and bars to be open early in the evening, why is it not OK to be open later? How do the virus particles know what time it is? Are they carrying watches?
