Education treated as less than essential | READER COMMENTARY

Schools are closed. (“Maryland coronavirus education plan heavy on options, light on guidance,” May 27). Remote learning is no substitute for the real thing as I watch my grandchildren struggle with it. I guess education is non-essential.
