Angry about 'ignorant' Ravens protest

To watch the ignorant Baltimore Ravens players and former players, Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs and others kneel during the Star Spangled Banner on Sunday showed such disrespect for the men and woman who fought and died that I cannot put it in words ("Ravens national anthem protest — first in a series in NFL — draws praise, anger from fans," Sept. 24).

What owner Steve Biscotti should do is make every one of those players visit Williamsburg and Yorktown to see how America was freed from the British. Then he should send them to Gettysburg to learn about how there was a great battle to help free all men and women. He should send them to the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor to learn about World War II. Lastly, he should send them to a SEAL training camp so they can see how tough they really aren't.

The Baltimore Ravens, not all of them, disrespected my father, grandfather and great grandfather who fought in wars to give these millionaires their rights.
