Pugh's Christmas present to the city

I must praise Mayor Catherine Pugh for her stance on water bill tax sales for 2018 (“Pugh halts tax sales,” Dec. 21). I’m just sorry it didn’t happen earlier this year when the problem was brought up. But why not make it retroactive for 2017? This will not help the thousand or so people who have lost their homes this year. Come on, Mayor Pugh, give them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and give them back their homes.
