The Sun should not publish names of terrorists

New Zealand Police Commissioner Mike Bush discusses changes in gun laws.

Will The Sun show leadership and be the first? Will this newspaper be the first media outlet to follow the lead of New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and refuse to use or publish the names of accused shooters/bombers/terrorists (“World leaders could take lesson from New Zealand in responding to gun massacre?” Mar. 20)?

There may be value in identifying these people once, but it is time that we no longer allow them to be turned into household names. It is time to say "we will not glorify your actions by making you into a public persona."
