Is there nothing The Sun's editorial board won't blame on Hogan?

The Baltimore Teachers Union is urging the city to close down all schools until officials get a handle on heating problems that have already closed some buildings and left children shivering in others. (Kim Hairston, Ulysses Muñoz / Baltimore Sun video)

Sun Editorial Page Editor Andrew A. Green should read the excellent article by Luke Broadwater “Baltimore schools have returned millions in state funds for heating repairs” (Jan. 5). Mr Broadwater again points out the incompetence of the Pugh administration in managing funds. Mr. Green, on the other hand, blames Gov. Larry Hogan (why not President Donald Trump) for the heating conditions in the Baltimore City schools (“City schools’ deep freeze,” Jan. 5). Mr. Green is so far out of touch with reality he chooses to criticize everything Governor Hogan does. Mr. Green's bitterness is evident, and he no longer adds constructive value.
