Gov. Larry Hogan killed the Red Line as a "boondoggle." That would bring people through Baltimore and create transit-centric development.
Instead, he’ll spend hundreds of millions on widening roads with new lanes (that will clog up instantly) to help people go around Baltimore (“Gov. Larry Hogan proposes $461 million to ease congestion on Baltimore Beltway,” Dec. 20).
But don't fret, suburban Washington gets its Purple Line. And the MTA buses are painted-up all pretty.
Governor Hogan shows once again how much he really loves Baltimore City.
