Sun Editorial Page Editor Andy Green gives his observation of the Maryland governor's debate. (Kevin Richardson / Baltimore Sun video)
I am very confused about how your paper is covering the gubernatorial campaign. Do you not know that there are voters who are neither Democrats nor Republicans or do you not care? On the front page of Sunday's edition, you place front and center a pair of long articles with the headline, "Two visions for Maryland" (Oct. 21). I have some confidence that you know there are four official candidates for governor of our state on the general election ballot, but you continue to ignore half of them.
Please try to explain to all of your readers who are Libertarian, Green, or independent why you consider them to be of no importance in our state electoral process by not presenting complete information about all voting options. A very disappointing and journalistic unprofessional attitude.
