Nation’s coronavirus dead deserve greater attention | READER COMMENTARY

Thank you for supporting our journalism. This article is available exclusively for our subscribers, who help fund our work at The Baltimore Sun.

Flags near the Washington Monument in Washington, Sept. 22, 2020, honoring the over 200,000 lives lost so far in the United States during the coronavirus pandemic.

We now have 200,000 dead from COVID-19, and it’s the headline on Page 6 of the print edition (“‘It is completely unfathomable’: US death toll from coronavirus tops 200,000 — by far the highest in the world,” Sept. 22)?

Really? It was a good article, but placed as if it had no importance. I’m disappointed in The Baltimore Sun.
