How refreshing to see a president showing empathy and dignity in a speech to the nation and in leading the nation in a moment of silence (”Biden mourns 500,000 dead, balancing nation’s grief and hope,” Feb. 22).
In those several minutes, Joe Biden demonstrated more empathy and dignity than Donald Trump has demonstrated in his entire lifetime. What a welcome and much needed change.
