The Baltimore Sun should apologize for the headline on John Fairhall's commentary (“Choosing profits over patients in Baltimore,” Dec. 13) which makes it clear that the asthma crisis is not the fault of the hospitals.

Don't blame hospitals for U.S. asthma woes
Heather Festa, 37, of Norwich, is impacted by the Anthem/Hartford Healthcare dispute. She and her son, Michael, 5, are in and out of Backus Hospital for her immune deficiency and his chronic asthma, including extended stays in the last month. She says they haven’t been denied care or coverage so far, but she’s worried she will be.
