I question Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's fitness for office in light of the recent riots in her city ("Baltimore descends into chaos, violence, looting," April 28).
She made a very telling statement in her remark suggesting civil disobedience on the streets of Baltimore should be allowed.
Ms. Rawlings-Blake has a multitude of social media at her fingertips, yet her remarks facilitated the riots, looting and arson of businesses in the city.
The mayor seems to be asleep at the switch and unable to control the city or its people act without Gov. Larry Hogan's assistance.
