A 50-acre parcel near 1-95 in the White Marsh area will become an outlet mall. (Barbara Haddock Taylor/Baltimore Sun video)

Anyone who is even thinking of voting to approve Question K should be forced to drive on Campbell Boulevard or Philadelphia Road at 5 p.m. ("Proposed White Marsh outlet mall goes to ballot," Nov. 30, 2015).

It is a turtle speed parking lot and that's on a good day. Add holiday shopping or bad weather and it's near impossible. This is with the existing stores in Nottingham. Adding more stores that shoppers can't get to and it will only get worse. And the area has no immediate access to either Route 43 or Interstate 95.
