Sun's anti-GOP bias 'appalling'

Are Sen. Catherine E. Pugh's plans for city government a foregone conclusion ("Pugh reveals early plans for office," April 28)? I note with interest that there is no mention of any Republicans in the article.

It is ironic that on the editorial page, Alan Walden, the Republican nominee for mayor, has a letter which he wrote about how he was ignored by The Sun in its election coverage ("Walden: A Republican can lead Baltimore," April 28).

The Sun's bias is appalling and frankly, offensive in the extreme.
