Protesters against the election results call Donald Trump a racist and xenophobe and say he hates ("Anti-Trump protests continue in New York, LA, Philadelphia," Nov. 14). On what do they base their claims other than what they are told by Democrats and their liberal media sycophants (and cowardly establishment Republicans living in fear of the same)? Liberal propagandists shout racism because Mr. Trump was not quick enough to denounce David Duke's endorsement or because he doesn't pander to Black Lives Matter hogwash. And I suppose Mr. Trump is xenophobic because he wants to secure the boarder and enforce longstanding immigration laws.
Protesters make these accusations never considering Barack Obama's years of indoctrination in the church of Rev. Jeremiah Wright and his refusal to condemn the minister's bigoted rants. How can they ignore President Obama's association with known race baiter Rev. Al Sharpton or his publicly legitimizing mendacities spread by the media related to the shootings of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown and his subsequent virtual war on the police.
I doubt sheer ignorance or stupidity alone could motivate these protesters without a significant portion of the hatred they profess to fear so much.
