Pope Francis recently warned that nothing short of a "bold cultural revolution" could save humanity from spiraling into self-destruction from the effects of climate change ("Pope Francis frames climate change as moral issue," June 18).
A revolution in the Catholic church is also needed — the allowance of Catholic women to freely choose their method of birth control.
