Officers Friendly and Kind

Recently my parents were involved in a traffic accident on their way to BWI. One of the witnesses was a police officer from another jurisdiction who tended to my parents and called Baltimore County police to the scene.

He stayed on to give his report that the other driver had run a red light and run into my parents' car while they were turning left.

The officer retrieved my parents' luggage from their rental car and placed it in his squad car's trunk. When he had finished his report, not only did he take my parents to the airport, he called the airport and asked for two wheel chairs to get my parents at the curb.

His friendliness and concern for my parents left them raving about the "nice officer who made sure they didn't miss their flight."

I've never had cause to interact with the Baltimore County police since I moved to Maryland but I'm very pleased that my family's first experience with them was so positive.
