Perhaps if municipal pension director Roselyn H. Spencer walked to the Inner Harbor and spoke with a financial counselor at T. Rowe Price she could get all the advice she needed while saving city employees' pension fund at least $5,600 ("City pension officials spend nearly $100,000 on trips," March 18).
